Sixty-40 is operated by J. Manders Holding B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 24393647, the Netherlands. Questions: hello@sixty-40.com.
What Sixty-40 is
Sixty-40 is a free game. It uses publicly available historical price data for descriptive and entertainment purposes only. Prices are approximate, split-adjusted and exclude dividends, and may differ from official sources. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell anything. No real trades are placed and no money changes hands.
Sixty-40 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any company, index, exchange or data provider named in the game. All company names and trademarks remain the property of their owners and are used for identification only.
What we collect
- Playing the game needs no account. Your picks and results are calculated in your browser and are not sent to us unless you share them yourself.
- Waitlist / email: if you leave your email address we use it only to tell you about Sixty-40. You can unsubscribe with one click in any email.
- Analytics: we may use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics (page views, country, device type) to understand how the game is used.
- Advertising: Sixty-40 is funded by advertising. Our advertising partners (such as Google AdSense) may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure ads. Where the law requires it you will be asked for consent first, and you can change your choice at any time. See how Google uses data in advertising.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Email hello@sixty-40.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Terms of use
- You may play, share your result cards and link to Sixty-40 freely.
- You may not copy the game, its data or its design for a competing product, scrape the site, or use it in a way that harms it or other players.
- Sixty-40 is provided as-is. We do our best to keep data accurate, but we make no guarantees and accept no liability for decisions you make based on the game.
- These terms are governed by Dutch law. We may update this page; the date above tells you when.
